Thank you for shopping with Tim n Timy. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
• Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• Returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@timntimy.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
• Items not returned in their original condition or packaging
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
